Homemade Sourdough Artisan Loaf- Approx. 850-900 grams prebake.
The baking of our sourdough requires a 48hr “bulk” fermentation. This long fermentation time is the reason why many gluten-intolerant individuals can enjoy sourdough bread with no issues.* Sourdough is much easier on the gut than other breads.
Specialty loaves vary weekly- Message us or follow our social media on Facebook/Instagram for this week’s specialty loaf.

Ingredients: Organic unbleached flour, water, salt
Note: Sourdough is more dense and chewy than other breads. Homemade sourdough may have a milder taste than in-store breads due to the quality ingredients. Homemade sourdough is made with a fermented starter, store-bought sourdough bread is commonly “soured” by added ingredients.
Preorders are due by Wednesday for the following weekend- are non refundable and must be picked up at agreed time. Pick up available on Saturdays at the “farm” stand 9am until dark.
